With a PhD, you will likely have a position which requires management skills. This training will give you the basic informations and skills you’ll need to have to be a good manager, motivation your team, and gain trust.

Méthode pédagogique :
The methods used during the training are agile, namely
1) we focus on individuals (here the trainees) and their interactions rather than on only processes and tools
2) we focus on the operational aspect of the training, by systematically linking to practices and using case studies rather than exhaustive documentation
3) we adopt a collaborative attitude, with the trainees as well as the college doctoral
4) we adapt the content of the training according to the needs and expectations (rather than following an exact unflexible plan)

At the end of the course, trainees will be able to :
1) Understand the challenges of the managing function
2) Develop leadership in their team
3) Have adequate postures, as a manager, with their different interlocutors

- Identifier les ressources clés pour une équipe et préparer les évolutions en termes de formation et de développement personnel
