Séminaire résidentiel d’une semaine qui nécessite une forte implication sur 5 jours.

Dans un premier temps, vous travaillerez en équipe pluridisciplinaire sur un projet innovant et durable qui sera évalué par des professionnels du monde socio-économique.
Dans un second temps vous identifierez vos compétences et vous vous exercerez aux entretiens de recrutement avec des professionnels des ressources humaines.
Ces deux temps forts du programme sont utiles autant à ceux qui veulent faire une carrière académique qu’à ceux qui envisagent de créer une activité ou rejoindre une entreprise.

Lundi
. 9h-9h30 : arrivée à l’Escandille et répartition des chambres.
. 9h30-10h15 : mot d’ouverture du Collège doctoral, puis socialisation en équipe
. 10h30-12h15 : conférence interactive d’ouverture : entreprise, innovation, entrepreneuriat social et solidaire.

. 13h30-14h : lancement du projet d’innovation
. 14h-16h : brainstorming en équipe : exploration puis convergence et choix
. 16h-16h30 : pause
. 16h30-17h : topo 1 : stratégie et Business Model
. 17h-19h : séance 1 de travail du projet en équipe

Mardi
. 8h30-9h : topo 2 : marketing et relation client
. 9h-12h : séance 2 de travail du projet en équipe

. 13h30-14h15 : promenade doctorale ou world café (selon météo)
. 14h15-15h : topo 3 : comptabilité et finance
. 15h-16h30 : séance 3 de travail du projet en équipe
. 17h-17h30 : topo 4 : structures juridiques
. 17h30-19h15 : séance 4 de travail du projet en équipe

. 20h30-22h : séance 5 de travail du projet en équipe : mise en cohérence du projet

Mercredi
. 8h30-9h : topo 5, l’art du pitch
. 9h-12h : séance 6 de travail du projet en équipe : mise en forme et répétitions
. 12h-13h30 : accueil du jury Innovation et déjeuner

. 13h30-16h : présentation des projets devant le jury
. 16h-16h30 : pause et délibération du jury
. 16h30-18h30 : debriefing avec les équipes, puis remise des prix

. A partir de 18h30 : apéritif puis soirée festive !

Jeudi
. 8h30-9h30 : conférence introductive : mythes et réalités du projet professionnel
. 9h30-10h30 : table ronde de témoignages de docteurs
. 10h30-11h : pause
. 11h-12h : identifier ses compétences, pourquoi, comment ?
. 12h-13h30 : accueil des coaches et déjeuner

. 13h30-16h : travail guidé sur le portfolio de compétences
. 16h30-18h : conférence de reprise : comment valoriser ses atouts pour une cible d’emploi ?
. 18h-19h15 : affectation des offres d’emploi puis analyse en équipe de l’offre

Vendredi
. 8h30-9h : plénière de lancement de la dernière journée et recommandations
. 9h-12h : préparation guidée des entretiens de recrutement par équipe

. 13h30-16h : conduite des entretiens de recrutement en 4 salles parallèles
. 16h-16h30 : pause
. 16h30-17h : conclusion du séminaire

. 17h15 : départ en bus

The Doctoriales are open to non-French-speaking doctoral students. In 2026 we will welcome English-speaking students, through specific coaching and a part of lectures given in English. However, a strong motivation and a capacity of adaptation are required from international students who will join the seminar.

A one-week residential seminar that requires a strong level of involvment during 5 days.

Initially, you will work in a multidisciplinary team on an innovative and sustainable project that will be assessed by professionals from the socio-economic world.
Secondly, you will identify your skills and practise recruitment interviews with human resources professionals.
These two highlights of the programme are as useful for those who want to pursue an academic career as they are for those who are thinking of setting up a business or joining a company.

Monday
. 9am-9.30am: arrival at l'Escandille and allocation of rooms.
. 9:30-10:15: opening remarks by the doctoral college, followed by team socialisation.
. 10.30am-12.15pm: interactive opening lecture: enterprise, innovation, social and solidarity-based entrepreneurship.

. 1.30-2pm: launch of the innovation project
. 2pm-4pm: team brainstorming: exploration then convergence and choice
. 4pm-4.30pm: break
. 4.30-5pm: session 1: strategy and business model
. 5pm-7pm: team project work session 1

Tuesday
. 8.30am-9am: session 2: marketing and customer relations
. 9am-12noon: team project work session 2

. 1.30pm-2.15pm: doctoral walk or world café (weather permitting)
. 2.15pm-3pm: session 3: accounting and finance
. 3pm-4.30pm: team project work session 3
. 5pm-5.30pm: session 4: legal structures
. 5.30-7.15 pm: session 4: team work on the project

. 8.30-10pm: Team project work session 5: bringing the project together

Wednesday
. 8.30am-9am: session 5, the art of the pitch
. 9am-12noon: Team project work session 6: formatting and rehearsals
. 12pm-1.30pm: welcome from the Innovation jury and lunch

. 1.30-4pm: presentation of projects to the jury
. 4pm-4.30pm: break and jury deliberations
. 4.30-6.30pm: debriefing with the teams, followed by the prize-giving ceremony

. From 6.30pm: aperitif and festive evening!

Thursday
. 8.30-9.30: Introductory lecture: myths and realities of the professional project
. 9.30-10.30: round table with testimonials from PhDs
. 10.30-11am: break
. 11am-12pm: identifying your skills, why and how?
. 12pm-1.30pm: welcome coaches and lunch

. 1.30-4pm: guided work on the skills portfolio
. 4.30-6pm: takeover conference: how to make the most of your assets for a job target?
. 6pm-7.15pm: Assignment of job offers then team analysis of the offer

Friday
. 8.30am-9am: plenary session to launch the final day and recommendations
. 9am-12pm: guided preparation of recruitment interviews by team

. 1.30-4pm: recruitment interviews in 4 parallel rooms
. 4pm-4.30pm: break
. 4.30-5pm: end of seminar

. 5.15pm: departure by bus
