Objectifs :
This training aims to show young researchers how to enhance the value of their publications (articles in journals, conference proceedings and workshops) and understand the logic of the scientific publishing market. The issue is to show how to best use the functionalities offered by the open archive HAL AMU as well as those of academic social networks.

If the step 1 " Scientific publication issues " is to be privileged at the beginning of the thesis by all the PhD students, the step 2 is more specifically addressed to those who already have a communication or a publication to be promoted.
This training is aimed at helping PhD students to make their first deposit in the open archive HAL AMU, in order to increase their visibility and to freely diffuse their research works, in the respect of the copyright.

Programme :
It is REQUIRED to already have a publication to deposit in HAL in order to attend this training.

"How to deposit in HAL my first publications or conference proceedings ?" (1h) :
* Reminder of the functionalities of the open archive HAL and presentation of HAL AMU
* Points of attention on ethical and legal issues
* Deposit your scientific production in the open archive
* Details on the HAL resume

Pré-requis :
It is required to already have a publication to deposit in HAL.
It is recomended to have attended the training : 1. Open science : scientific publication issues
